We have carried out in-depth analysis on the specific conditions of the rough machining of the cylinder bore in order to obtain a better machining plan and improve the roughing efficiency of the cylinder bore.

The actual machining condition of the cylinder bore is: machining using a three-blade boring tool (see Figure 4), 75° lead angle, 0° front angle, and the blade is made of CBN material. Specific cutting parameters: cutting speed = 400m / min, feed per tooth = 0.18mm, depth of cut = 2.5mm; processing time 42.5s.
