The door closer adjusts the closing speed by independently controlling the closing speed of the two-stage door closer through two hydraulic valves for full-stage hydraulic control.
How to adjust the closing force of the door closer Step 1: The door closer can only be installed on the upper part of the door leaf near the hinge side. There is no end of the speed adjusting screw on the body, facing the hinge. Otherwise, the door can not be opened. A exterior door closer is not suitable for two-way opening.
The B speed adjustment screw controls the switching speed of the door. Rotate clockwise to slow and counterclockwise to rotate faster.
Antifreeze oil should be added after 1 year of C door closer use. When refueling, screw out the oil hole screw to refuel. After the oil is full, tighten the screw.
D The remaining screws and sealing parts are not free to be screwed to prevent oil leakage.
2. Inline door closer
(1) Construction: The in-line door top spring is composed of a hydraulic buffer spring mounted on the door leaf, a slide rail and a slider mounted on the door frame, and a link. Since the in-line door closer is installed in the slot of the door leaf and the door frame, the appearance of the door is not affected when the door is closed. It is suitable for use on the doors of high-end hotel rooms.
(2) Principle: The hydraulic buffer spring gives the link a recovery torque, which causes the link to rotate away from the hinge, thereby driving the slider to move away from the hinge at the same time in the slide to achieve the purpose of closing the door. There is a temporary locking card at the front end of the slide. When the door is opened to the right angle position, the slider moves to the side close to the hinge, and the locking card snaps into the tongue groove at the front end of the slider to temporarily lock the door in this position.
(3) Installation points
A. Before the door frame and the fan are in place, the bottom line should be cut at the top of the door leaf and the door frame.
B Then, the hydraulic buffer spring is embedded in the groove before the door and window are installed, and the slide is screwed into the slot of the starter frame.
C After the door frame and the fan are fixed and fixed, fix the link to the spring shaft with a nut.
