1.1 T-type bolts for Hafin channel steel, the most commonly used is 45 # steel, forged, quenched and tempered; also useful for low carbon steel, more useful alloy steel, stainless steel 304 and 316; according to actual needs Select materials and mechanical properties grades, surface treatment with chemical blackening, electro-galvanizing, hot-dip galvanizing, Dacromet, mechanical damascene, etc.
1.2 T-bolts for aluminum alloy profiles, also known as hammerhead bolts, are made of SUS304 stainless steel and medium carbon steel. The surface of medium carbon steel T-screws can be galvanized or nickel-plated and plated with Dacromet, carbon steel T-bolts.
