First, gear oil pump layout requirements
1. For pumps placed in open or semi-open spaces, the pump is generally perpendicular to the axis of the prime mover and the axis of the pipe gallery.
2. For indoorly arranged pumps, when the temperature of the delivered liquid is higher than the natural point or the liquid is liquid hydrocarbons, it should be placed in separate rooms with other pumps and separated by a firewall.

Second, gear oil pump layout
1. Open-air layout Generally, the pump is arranged centrally under the pipe gallery or on the side. It can also be arranged near the suction equipment. The main advantage is good ventilation and convenient operation and maintenance. If the pump is placed under the manifold, the pump outlet centerline should be aligned, 0.6m from the centerline of the pipe column.
2. The semi-open-air semi-open-air pump is suitable for rainy areas. Generally, the pump is arranged under the pipe gallery and the roof is arranged on the upper part of the pipe. Or the pump is placed on the lower floor of the frame, and the frame platform is used as a ceiling. According to the Ariya gear pump layout requirements, the pumps are arranged in single row, double row or multiple rows.
3. The indoor layout of the pump is suitable for cold or windy areas, as well as occasions where the process has special requirements.
