The heat treatment of the butterfly spring workpiece is solution heat treatment + aging heat treatment. The aging heat treatment process is as follows: 1 The workpiece is placed in a furnace below 150 ° C, vacuum is applied before heating, and the degree of vacuum is 10-1 times; 2 is heated according to the process curve, and nitrogen gas is passed (purity is 99.999%); 3 is heated to 200 ° C. The second vacuum is applied; when the temperature of the furnace reaches 3 °C, the hydrogen gas is started. The ratio of nitrogen to hydrogen should be controlled at 95% N2+5%H2; 5 during the whole heating, heat preservation and cooling process, both nitrogen and hydrogen are passed through during the cooling process. The hydrogen is stopped below 300 °C; 6 the whole process maintains the positive pressure in the furnace, the pressure is controlled at 0.02 ~ 0.1 MPa; 7 cooling is cooled by a propeller, and discharged below 150 °C. Completed on the CSS1120 electronic universal testing machine. According to the requirements of GB/T1972-92, the full compression processing (formation processing) is 1F=1200N, full compression 5 times, each time 30s; 2F=1500N, full compression 5 times, each time 30s; 3F=1200N, static pressure 12h One of these three schemes is selected. The test results show that the effects of several stereotypes on the final geometry and elastic properties of the workpiece are not much different. Considering the improvement of the product manufacturing cycle, the scheme 2 is adopted.

Grinding and polishing This process mainly guarantees the height of the disc spring of 1.6±0.03mm, the upper and lower bearing surfaces of 0.2mm, the blunt edge and the surface roughness. After this process, the workpiece should fully guarantee the geometric accuracy of the product shape. This process uses a conventional grinding and polishing process. When the elastic performance test is detected, the upper and lower indenters of the CSS1120 electronic universal testing machine are pressed to 2200N or more to automatically correct the parallelism of the upper and lower indenter planes to eliminate equipment errors. Since the disc spring F1 is obtained when the workpiece compression amount is 0.10 mm, the position where the disc spring is placed in the indenter and the parallelism of the upper and lower planes of the disc spring have a large influence on F1. The position of the disc spring placed in the indenter of the testing machine can be controlled by a simple positioning tool. The parallelity error of the disc spring is controlled by the dial gauge on the flat surface of the test machine by the dial gauge. The force measuring machine is pressurized. Stop reading after 6~10N. The purpose is to give the workpiece a certain pre-pressure to eliminate the difference between the geometric error of the workpiece and other micro-errors. In the subsequent mechanical property testing process, the pre-compression stroke is subtracted from the workpiece compression amount to obtain the accuracy detection result.
