Many friends think that after the anti-static floor is laid, everything will be fine, and maintenance will not be done at ordinary times. In fact, this is not right. Anti-static floor maintenance methods:
1. The humidity of the equipment room must be controlled at RH30%-70%, and the temperature should be controlled at 10-30oC. When the machine room is at both ultra-low temperature and ultra-low humidity, the surface of the floor will be cracked. If the anti-static floor is under bad conditions, we must try our best to ensure the humidity and temperature of the equipment room, and increase the thickness and strength of the floor surface.
2. Routine cleaning Use a wrung mop or vacuum cleaner and clean it once or several times per month depending on the strength of the floor. It is best to apply floor wax to protect the floor. Note: Never use a lot of water, especially hot water, to avoid degumming and swelling.
3, such as stained with ink, soup, greasy stains, etc., generally rubbed with thin soapy water, can also be gently wiped with a small amount of gasoline, and then immediately dry with a dry cotton cloth.
4, avoid heat above 60 °C contact the floor, such as the burning of cigarette butts, etc., to prevent deformation and leave a scar.
5, can not wear shoes with nails walking on the floor, room staff should wear slippers or soft-soled cotton shoes.
6, is prohibited on the floor with a hard object, heavy objects friction, sliding, impact. When installing heavy equipment such as cabinets and UPS, a support bracket can be placed under the load-bearing plate.
7, dismantling and maintenance, special suction plate should be used, it is forbidden to use a rigid device.
8. Ventilation should always be done when the floor is freshly laid. On the one hand, indoor air is fresh, and on the other hand, moisture is emitted.
9, try to avoid long-term direct sunlight on the floor, otherwise it will cause the floor surface discoloration.
Note: #4100 anti-static ground restoration/cleaning agent , clean and maintain the anti-static floor/wax surface to restore luster and reduce surface resistance, thereby prolonging the effective service life. Use 1:10 diluted with water before use.
