Belt conveyor common faults and treatment

(1), conveyor belt deviation:

2. The installation of the driving roller and the center line of the reversing roller is not parallel, so that the two sides of the belt are not evenly distributed, and one side is tight and one side is loose. The belt is distorted and deformed, so that the belt runs to the tight side.
3. The center line of the driving roller or redirection roller is not perpendicular to the center line of the belt conveyor rack. The roller deflection will make the belt deviation more and more serious.
2, rack manufacturing error and installation deviation:
1. Due to the manufacturing and installation error of the belt machine rack, the center line of the belt conveyor may deviate from the theoretical center line, causing deviations in the installation of the roller and the belt, causing the belt to run out of direction.
2. When the design rigidity of the conveyor frame is poor, the frame will be deformed, especially when running under heavy loads.
3, belt manufacturing and joint quality produce geometric dimensions (not straight, uneven thickness) error:
1. If the belt vulcanizing joint is misaligned or not straight, the tension on both sides of the belt will be different, and the belt will go to the side where the tension is large.
2, the belt itself is not straight or the two sides of the belt are not parallel or the thickness of the belt in the direction of the difference between the width of the belt, will have a phenomenon of belt deviation.
3, the belt produces aging deformation, severe wear of the edge, can also cause uneven distribution of stress inside the belt, running deviation occurs during operation.
4, roller manufacturing error and installation deviation:
1. The deviation of the cylindrical cylindricity of the idler is too large, the idler is not straight (out of straightness), and the rotation is not flexible.
2. The installation of the idler centerline and the centerline of the belt is not vertical, and the installation of the idler centerline will cause the belt to run off.

(2) Deviation of the same part of the conveyor belt:
1, the conveyor belt connector is not correct, reconnect.
2, the belt edge wear, deformation after moisture absorption, repair damaged parts at any time.
3, conveyor belt body bending, use the aligner roller calibration or cutting bending part to reconnect.
(3) The deviation of the conveyor belt near the same roller:
1. The rack is partially bent and deformed, and the rack that is bent and deformed can be corrected in time.
2, the roller is not adjusted, adjust the roller.
3, roller adhesion agglomerate, eliminate adhesion.
4, the roller off, installed roller, timely maintenance and fuel.
(4) The conveyor belt is deflected when empty:
1. If the conveyor belt is poorly grooved, replace it with a good conveyor belt.
2. Conveyor belt flexibility is not enough. After correcting the idler rollers, if it is still ineffective, the conveyor belt with good flexibility is replaced.
3, the tension on the conveyor belt is too small, increase the pre-tension.
(5) When the conveyor belt is deflected while loading:

(7) Conveyor belt slipping:

(8) Early damage to the covering rubber on the conveyor belt:
1. The installation of the blocking plate is not suitable. Check whether the blocking plate is installed properly.

3, the feed rate is too fast or the feed port is too high, reduce the feed rate and feeding port height.
(9) Early wear and tear on the conveyor belt

(13), belt conveyor belt easy to disconnect:
1, the belt tension is too large, tighten the tension device to reduce tension.
2. The connector is not firm and the quality of the belt buckle is poor. Replace the belt buckle and reconnect it.
3, the belt is used for a long time, replace the new belt in time.
4, poor maintenance quality, strengthen the quality of maintenance.
(14) The service life of the conveyor belt is shorter:
1. The service life of the belt and the use of the belt are related to the quality of the belt. The belt conveyor should ensure the reliable use of the cleaner during operation. There should be no material on the return belt.
2. The manufacturing quality of the belt is a content that the user is more concerned about. After selecting a certain model, it should also consider the manufacturing quality. (16) Abnormal noise of belt conveyor:
1. Noise when the idler is seriously decentered:

2. It is during the machining that the deviation between the center of the bearing bore at both ends and the center of the outer circle is large and the centrifugal force is too large.

(17) Broken shaft of belt conveyor reducer:
1. The high-speed shaft of the reducer is not designed with sufficient strength. In this case, the reducer or the design of the reducer should be changed.
2. When the motor shaft and the high-speed shaft of the reducer do not have the same center of mind, the input shaft of the reducer will increase the radial load, and the bending moment on the shaft will increase. The shaft breakage will occur during long-term operation. The position should be carefully adjusted during installation and maintenance. To ensure two axes are concentric. In most cases, the motor shaft will not break the shaft. This is because the material of the motor shaft is generally No. 45 steel. (18) The noise of the belt conveyor reducer is abnormal:

(20), belt conveyor reducer leakage:
