However, the dry sprayer has the problem of large dust and large rebound during spraying, so the wet sprayer is now widely used.
The wet spraying machine is a device that adds concrete that has been mixed with water into a spraying machine, and then sprays the nozzles onto the working surface under the action of compressed air and the like through a conveying pipeline. When spraying the concrete with a wet spraying machine, the dust content in the air near the working surface can be reduced to less than 2 mg/m3. In compliance with the national standards for hygiene, the concrete rebound can be reduced to 10% to 5%. This can not only improve the construction conditions, but also reduce the consumption of raw materials, is the development direction of the spraying machine.
