Then remove the sleeve and retaining ring from the shaft. 5) Disassembly of Shaft and Bearing: First, remove the two bearing caps from the bracket, and then place a piece of wood mat on the end of the impeller at the shaft of the pump. If the board beats the shaft head with a small hammer towards the coupling, The pump shaft and bearing can be removed from the bracket. Take special care when removing the bearing from the shaft and do not damage the bearing. General use special tools to demolition bearings. After all the parts are disassembled, they must be placed on a clean work surface in an orderly manner.
