HIS Says China Gradually Loses Monopoly

Dow Jones Newswires November 23 news, HIS Global Insight (Global Insight) a survey report said that China is gradually losing its monopoly of rare earth. By 2016, the production of rare earths in China will fall to 50% of world production. Then fell to between 30% and 40%.
