The center column and loader guide are two parts we manufacture for a factory. The center column length is 2450mm, the outer diameter is φ300h6, the outer surface roughness R_a 0.8, the material is Q235; the loader rail length is 3510mm, width is 220mm, surface roughness R_a1.6, material 55 steel. The two parts were subjected to external and flat grinding respectively. Since there is no corresponding grinding machine, abrasive belt grinding has been studied. We designed and built one
