(1) Impeller chamber installation quality control

The impeller chamber is the reference for the installation of the entire pump. The installation of the impeller chamber is based on the center line and elevation of the pre-measured design unit. The “Piano Line-Headphone Method” is used for accurate measurement during installation to ensure that the axis of the pump unit meets the design requirements. After the impeller chamber is fixed and fixed firmly, the actual center line of the pump set is locked in the pit according to the center of the impeller chamber. The pump section and the motor section are each locked by one layer, and each layer is locked at least 8 points.

(2) Installation quality control of impeller, pump shaft and vane body

A. The impeller, pump shaft and vane body are assembled in the installation room, and the whole is hoisted into the pit. When assembling, the pump shaft and the impeller are fixed on the vane body by special tools provided by the manufacturer. It is necessary to repeatedly adjust to ensure the pump shaft and The vane body gap is uniform, and the pump shaft axis is perpendicular to the vane body flange surface.

B. When installing the impeller, pump shaft and vane body with the center of the impeller chamber as the reference, adjust the impeller, pump shaft and conductor to make the gap between the impeller and the impeller chamber uniform, and use the center of the pump shaft locked in the pump layer to check the center of the pump shaft. Adjusting the vane body to ensure the verticality of the pump shaft, the impeller center elevation can not be directly measured during installation, the impeller center elevation is converted to the pump upper flange elevation by calculation, and the impeller center elevation is controlled by measuring the flange elevation on the pump shaft.

(3) Quality control of rack and stator installation

The lower frame and motor are mounted to lock against the center of the pump set in the motorized layer, and the "piano line-headphone method" is used to accurately measure the motor and the pump. The stator elevation is the key to controlling the elevation of the rotating part of the pump set. Although the adjusting washer is generally provided between the upper frame and the stator, the adjustment range is limited. Therefore, the stator core should be strictly controlled based on the height of the motor layer. The center elevation, while ensuring the elevation and level of the joint with the upper frame.

(4) Motor rotor installation quality control

The gap between the stator and the rotor is small, and the rotor should be closely monitored to prevent the rotor from colliding with the phase. Generally, when the rotor is hoisted, 12 to 16 thin wood strips are arranged between the stator and the rotor gap, and the wooden strip is twitched during the lifting process to prevent the setting. The rotors touch each other.

After the rotor is lifted in position, it is connected to the pump shaft, and the adjustment should be made when the axis is adjusted.

(5) Axis adjustment

The static adjustment of the axis should fully consider the impeller clearance, the air gap, the gap between the seals and the clearance at each bearing. By adjusting the rotating part to the most sturdy position, and then checking the disc, if the disc inspection record does not meet the requirements, it should be carried out. Comprehensive analysis, find out the reasons for not causing the non-conformity, and develop corresponding measures to adjust.
