Grassroots processing:
1. The surface of the base layer requires clean, dust-free, oil-free, and non-chemically corrosive medium residues. The surface of the porous material should be wetted with water in advance, and the surface of the steel base should be cleaned of rust.
2. If there is a leak, it must be treated with 901 fast plugging agent. It is best to keep the base surface moist until no water is available to achieve better construction results.
Material preparation:
1. Pour the glue into the bucket first, then slowly add the powder according to the ratio of glue: powder = 1:4, stir until evenly agglomerated.
2, can be mechanically stirred or artificially mixed, the prepared glue should be used within 2-3h.
Construction and maintenance:
1. When using EC2000 polymer repair mortar as the overall surface layer, the thickness should not be less than 3mm. When the construction area is large, the construction joints or shards should be staggered. Each area should not exceed 10-15m2, depending on the site environment. The gap between the seams or the shards should not be less than 24h.

Precautions
1. The ambient temperature of the product construction is 10-30 °C, which should not be lower than 5 °C. The raw materials should not be contaminated by moisture, rain, sun and debris.
2. This product should not be used in rainy or frozen conditions. If it is necessary to work in winter, the necessary antifreeze measures should be taken. This product should be used with the mix, not too much mixing at a time, and each mix should be used up within 2-3h.
