Tile classification standard

National classification criteria:

Porcelain brick water absorption rate is less than or equal to 0.5%;

The enamel water absorption rate is greater than 0.5% and less than or equal to 3%;

The fine water absorption rate is greater than 3% and less than or equal to 6%;

Aussie digital image tile enamel brick water absorption rate is greater than 6% less than or equal to 10%;

The water absorption of ceramic tiles is greater than 10%.

Water absorption rate expression:

Ceramic brick>10%≥炻 brick>6%≥ fine enamel>3%≥炻 porcelain>0.5≥ porcelain brick.

Water absorption rate of 0.5%-10% is summarized as semi-porcelain

According to the use: external wall bricks, interior wall tiles, floor tiles, square tiles, industrial bricks, etc.

According to the forming points: dry pressed brick, extruded brick, plastic molded brick.

According to the burning ingredients: oxidative ceramic tiles, reducing ceramic tiles.
