China will merge and reorganize to form a large coal mining enterprise group

A group of super-large coal mining enterprises with an annual output of more than 50 million tons will be formed, and the output will account for more than 50% of the national total output.
The target of merger and reorganization of coal mining enterprises in China will be determined, and cross-regional, cross-industry and cross-ownership mergers and acquisitions will be encouraged to form a group of super-large coal mining enterprise groups with an annual output of more than 50 million tons. The output should account for more than 50% of the national total output.

The National Development and Reform Commission's "Several Opinions on Accelerating the Merger and Reorganization of Coal Mine Enterprises" (hereinafter referred to as "Opinions") has recently been approved by the State Council. The full text of the Central Government Network disclosed the above objectives.

For enterprises and regions that actively implement mergers and acquisitions, the government departments will grant tax incentives and financial subsidies, prioritize their financing and refinancing needs, increase annual railway capacity, and give priority to preferential measures such as coal transportation.

According to the "Opinions", supporting state-owned and private coal-mining enterprises that meet the requirements has become the main body of mergers and acquisitions, and encourages enterprises of various ownerships, as well as enterprises in the power, metallurgy, and chemical industries to take property rights as a link and shareholding as the main form to participate in mergers and acquisitions. A subsidiary company was established in the place of registration of the merged coal mine enterprise. Support enterprises with economic, technological and management advantages to merge and restructure backward enterprises, support advantageous enterprises to carry out cross-regional, cross-industry and cross-ownership mergers and acquisitions, encourage superior enterprises to strengthen alliances, encourage coal, electricity and transportation to achieve integrated operation. Intensive development, and strive to cultivate a number of large enterprise groups with strong international competitiveness.

The National Development and Reform Commission said that the ultimate goal is to strive to fully utilize the role of the market mechanism, integrate resources according to law, minimize unnecessary administrative intervention, and form a mining structure in which the shareholding system is the main form and multiple ownership systems coexist, forming a batch of 50 million tons per year. In the above-mentioned super-large coal mining enterprise group, the average annual production capacity of coal mining enterprises has increased to more than 800,000 tons, and the coal production of super-large coal mining enterprises has accounted for more than 50% of the total national production.

However, the merger and reorganization with the steel industry will determine the target of 3-5 large-scale steel enterprise groups with strong international competitiveness and 6-7 strong strengths. The Opinions have not determined the establishment of large-scale coal mining enterprise groups. The specific quantity.

The "Opinions" require that key coal-producing provinces (regions) such as Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, and Shaanxi should resolutely eliminate backward small coal mines, vigorously increase the concentration of coal industry, and promote the development of coal resources. In Heilongjiang, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and other provinces, it is necessary to increase the intensity of mergers and acquisitions and effectively reduce the number of coal mining enterprises.

The "Opinions" clearly stated that tax incentives will be given to the value-added assets, the debt restructuring income, and the land ownership ownership transfer involved in the merger and reorganization; the financial investment subsidies will be prioritized for the coal mine safety transformation and technological transformation projects of the merged and restructured enterprises. Or subsidized funds; support eligible mergers and acquisitions of listed companies to obtain financing and refinancing, and support the merger and reorganization of the main enterprises through the issuance of bonds, equity transfer and other financing methods to raise development funds.

Under the premise of not violating the relevant laws and policies of the state, the regions may also sign fiscal and taxation benefit sharing agreements after mergers and acquisitions according to the scale of assets and profitability of enterprises, and promote the sharing of mergers and acquisitions of coal mining enterprises.

In addition, for large and medium-sized coal mining enterprises that have acquired and reorganized small coal mines to a certain number and scale, the government departments will give priority to planning and approving their new coal mines, rebuilding and expanding coal mines, pit-mouth power stations and comprehensive utilization power stations, and coal processing and transformation projects to support mergers and acquisitions. The coal mine implements mechanized transformation of mining. According to the average annual outbound transportation volume of railway coal in the merged coal mining enterprises from 2007 to 2009, the annual railway transportation capacity will be increased for the merger and reorganization of the main enterprises, and the coal transportation of the merger and reorganization enterprises will be given priority.

Alpha Cyclodextrin sulfate & Hydrocortisone phosphate

Alpha-Cyclodextrin (synonyms: cyclohexaamylose, cyclomaltohexaose, alpha-Schar-dinger dextrin) is a non-reducing cyclic saccharide comprised of six glucose units linked by alpha-1, 4 bonds.

It is produced by the action of cyclodextrin glucosyltransferase (CGTase, EC 2.4.1.19) on hydrolysed starch syrups at neutral pH (6.0–7.0) and moderate temperature (35–40°C).

The annular (or doughnut-shaped) structure of alpha-cyclodextrin provides a hydrophobic cavity that allows formation of inclusion complexes with a variety of non-polar organic molecules of appropriate size.

The hydrophilic nature of the outer surface of the cyclic structure makes alpha-cyclodextrin water-soluble.

Other name: Cyclohexapentylose

CAS Registry Number: 10016-20-3

MF: C36H60O30

MW: 972.84

EINECS NO.: 233-007-4

Gamma cyclodextrin solubility

Gamma-cyclodextrin is a ring-shaped molecule made up of eight glucose units linked by alpha-1,4-bonds. The solubility degree of gamma-cyclodextrin in water is 23.2 g/100ml @ 25°C, which is higher than alpha-cyclodextrin and beta-cyclodextrin, and it is used to allow formation of inclusion complexes with bigger molecules.

CAS No.:  17465-86-0

Molecular Formula: C48H80O40

Molecular Weight: 1297.12

Application:

Gamma-cyclodextrin can be used as a carrier for flavours, sweeteners, and colours. In chemistry it is a valuable chemical reagent. When gamma-cyclodextrin exists,  fluorescence intensity of fluorescence pigment will become much bigger, so it is used as the analysis of protein and amino acid. Gamma-cyclodextrin is also used to separate long-chain organic compound, racemic modification and so on. Besides, the adsorbent made by gamma-cyclodextrin is used chromatographic analysis. It also can be used as complexing agent and cultivation agent in study of enzymatic activity.
