Oil-free piston vacuum pump maintenance rules

In order to ensure the normal operation of the oil-free piston vacuum pump, we not only have to operate, but also timely maintenance.

1. The oil-free piston vacuum pump that has not been installed should be coated with a suitable rust inhibitor on the unpainted surface. The oil-lubricated bearing should be filled with the appropriate oil. The grease-lubricated bearing should only be filled with one. Grease, do not use mixed grease.

2. The short-time vacuum pump cleans the liquid, flushes, suctions, discharge lines, fan casing and impeller, and cleans the fan casing, the suction line and the flushing fluid in the discharge line.

3. Drain the oil in the bearing housing, add the clean oil, thoroughly clean the grease and refill the new grease.

4. Seal the suction and discharge ports, store the vacuum pump in a clean, dry place, protect the motor windings from moisture, and spray the inside of the vacuum pump casing with anti-rust liquid and anti-corrosion liquid.

5. The vacuum pump shaft rotates once a month to avoid freezing and lubricate the bearings.

The regular operation and maintenance of the oil-free piston vacuum pump must be consistent, and must not be followed. The standard operation and timely maintenance are the themes to ensure the efficient and long-lasting work of the vacuum pump.
