Huifeng Diamond was approved to establish a post-doctoral research and development base in Henan Province

Recently, the reporter learned from the 2014 postdoctoral work conference in Henan Province that Henan Huifeng Diamond Co., Ltd. was jointly approved by the Henan Postdoctoral Management Committee and the Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security to establish a post-doctoral research and development base in Henan Province.

According to the "Regulations on the Management of Postdoctoral Work in Henan Province", the R&D base should combine the actual situation of the unit, establish a management structure, staff management personnel, and formulate rules and regulations for post-doctoral work. In combination with actual needs, the R&D project will be set up to report the R&D project to the provincial Bo Management Office in a timely manner, and organize the post-doctoral research and innovation team to carry out project cooperation and negotiation activities with the R&D base to promote scientific research and development and project transformation.

The post-doctoral research and development base will focus on the urgent needs of the development of super-hard materials industry, integrating the sub-micron superhard material powder engineering technology research center and the diamond micro-nano powder Henan engineering laboratory with Huifeng as the construction unit. The powerful scientific research resources of the academician workstation of micro-nano diamond powder materials led by Academician Zou Guangtian aims to break through the key technical constraints of ultra-fine, grading and purification of nano-scale and micro-scale single-crystal diamond powder, and carry out physical production of nano-diamond powder. Technology, surface modification and post-treatment technology of boron-containing diamond micropowder, ultrafine powder particle agglomeration and dispersion technology, and research and development of sample dispersion conditions for ultra-fine powder particle size analysis, enhance the independent innovation capability of super-hard materials industry, and super-finishing , intelligent materials, photoelectric information materials and other industries to develop and provide services.

The post-doctoral research and development base will establish an innovation platform that conforms to the national standardization and has a scientific and efficient operation mechanism, form an engineering verification environment for the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and establish a first-class technical innovation development and system integration team to form an innovative and sustainable development capability. It has become an important technical support for promoting the technological progress of the super-hard materials industry and enhancing the competitiveness of the super-hard materials industry.
