4 Whether the cylinder is within the valid period of the specified periodic inspection.

5 Whether the nominal working pressure marked on the cylinder meets the filling pressure specified by the gas to be installed. The nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder is defined as follows: the filling pressure of the gas at the reference temperature (20 ° C) (the cylinder containing the compressed gas); the filling of the medium at a temperature of 60 ° C according to the specified filling factor (liquefied gas) ); the pressure of the acetylene gas in the bottle (dissolved acetylene) at a temperature of 60 ° C under a defined filling amount.

6 Whether the color and typeface of the gas cylinder meet the requirements of the "Cylinder Color Mark".

(2) Filling amount of gas cylinder The filling amount of the gas cylinder refers to the maximum mass of gas or liquefied gas that the cylinder is allowed to fill in a unit volume, so it is also called the maximum filling amount or the safe filling amount. The filling amount of each type of cylinder should be determined according to the allowable pressure of the cylinder and the maximum operating temperature. The principle is to ensure that the pressure of the gas or liquefied gas at the maximum use temperature does not exceed the allowable pressure of the cylinder.

The allowable pressure of the cylinder is to ensure the safety of the cylinder and allow the highest pressure reached in the bottle. China's regulations: the allowable pressure of the high-pressure gas cylinder is equal to the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder; the allowable pressure of the permanent gas cylinder is 1.2 times the nominal working pressure or 0.8 times the hydraulic pressure test pressure.

The maximum operating temperature of a gas cylinder is the maximum temperature that a cylinder can reach after filling with a gas. According to China's "Cylinder Safety Supervision Regulations", the maximum use temperature of gas cylinders used in China is 60 °C.

(3) Filling of liquefied gas
