(1) Preparation before operation:

3. Close the crushing bin and tighten the fixing screws.

(2) Operating procedures and methods:

1. Turn on the power, start the device, and carefully check whether the device is operating abnormally.

2. After confirming that the equipment is running normally, put in the materials that need to be broken.

3. After the material in the knife is completely broken, put in new materials.

4. Once the blade is stuck, you must immediately turn off the device and turn off the power before proceeding.

5. The device can be started again only after the fault is processed.

(3) After the operation:

1. Turn off the switch after the material is broken and cut off the power.

2. Open the knife and the crushing bin to clean the remaining materials in the crushing bin.

3. Close the crushing bin and tighten the fixing screws.

4. Pack the broken plastic into the woven bag and place it in the designated position of the workshop.

5. Clean up the equipment machine and the surrounding ground.

(4) Safety operation procedures:

1. It is strictly forbidden to put too much into the plastic when it is broken, causing the card to die and burning the motor.

2. When the equipment is running, it is strictly forbidden to put your hand into the crusher to operate, so as not to cause injury.

3. It is strictly forbidden to put hard objects and the like into the crusher to cause damage to the blade.

4. It is strictly forbidden to place water bottles, scissors, blades and other sundries on the equipment to prevent foreign objects from falling into the feeding port and damaging the equipment.

5. Regularly lubricate and maintain the operating parts.
