In order to ensure the full performance of the oil pump and have a good service life, when using the hot oil pump, you should pay attention to the following aspects:
1. During the start-up process, always pay attention to the power reading and vibration of the motor. The vibration value does not exceed 0.6 mm. If there is any abnormality, stop the inspection;
2. Open the switch of the relevant instrument;
3. When installing the ball bearing on the impeller side, the side of the hot oil pump with the dust cover should be installed toward the impeller, and the heat transfer oil should be injected before driving;
4. At the beginning of operation, the equipment in the production process is slowly heated to 100-130 degrees, the hot oil pump is kept at this temperature to continue to operate, and the water dehydrated and degassed into the heat transfer oil is completely evaporated before the equipment is heated. To the operating temperature;
5. In the first 3-4 hours after the operation, turn off the oil pump after heating the equipment to the operating temperature, check the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor shaft coupling, and the deviation between the pump shaft and the motor shaft should be controlled within the allowable range. The pump shaft should be lightly flexible and vibration-free rotating by hand. If the hot oil pump fails to meet the above requirements, it should be re-adjusted;
6. With the ball bearing on the coupling side, use the composite calcium-based high-temperature grease. When the bearing is reinstalled, the side of the hot oil pump with the dust cover should also be installed toward the impeller side, and the grease should be filled during installation;
7. Turn on the power. When the pump reaches the normal speed and the meter shows a considerable pressure, gradually open the gate valve on the output line and adjust to the required working condition. In the case that the gate valve on the output line is closed, the pump can not work continuously for more than 3 minutes;
8. After 3000 hours of operation, each ball bearing must be removed and cleaned with diesel oil to check for damage. If it is damaged, it must be replaced with a new one.
