It is very important to clean the bearings. Generally, clean each of the bearings with clean aviation gasoline for 2-3 times, and use the special turntable for the no-load operation of the bearings to “run and slide†for a few minutes. Listen to the running sound and experience the rotation. The flexibility and uniformity are used to screen out the bearings that are not suitable for the motor. At the same time, the choice of suitable lubricants or greases can not only reduce the noise in the bearing operation (the difference is also in the range of 3 sdB), but also increase the operating life of the motor.
The pre-axial axial interference test shows that the axial interference of the wave washer can significantly reduce the noise of the rolling bearing. The height of the wave pad is not less than the difference between the outer diameter of the bearing and the thickness of the outer ring. Reducing the noise generated by the oil-containing bearing system uses oil-bearing bearings to use ball bearings under the same conditions, and the noise can be reduced by 5-10dB. When oil-containing bearing structure is adopted, strict requirements must be placed on the relevant parts and structural design, and the manufacturing precision of the parts to ensure the expected noise requirements, or meet or exceed the requirements of imported motors for low noise.
