(1) Quality problems in the material itself. For example, the thickness of the electromagnetic wire insulation layer, the uneven thickness of the mica tape, and the non-conformity of the high and low resistance anti-corona materials result in poor overall insulation of the coil.

(2) In the process of coil insulation packaging, if it can not be processed according to the stacking requirements of the process requirements, it may result in insufficient thickness of the local insulation of the coil. If manual wrapping is used, the consistency of the stacking will be worse and tensioned The degree is also inconsistent, which may lead to the final treatment effect of the insulation.
