How to use the trays The correct use of the trays should be such that the package combination code is placed on the tray plus appropriate tying and wrapping for easy handling and transport to meet loading, unloading, transport and storage requirements. In order to make the pallets safe for long-term use, use the pallets correctly as follows:
1. The tray should be protected from the sun exposure to avoid aging and shorten the service life.
2. It is strictly forbidden to throw the goods from the height in the tray. Reasonably determine how the goods are stacked in the pallet. Place the goods evenly, do not concentrate on stacking, eccentric stacking. The pallet carrying the heavy objects should be placed on a flat surface or on the surface of the object.
3. It is strictly forbidden to throw the tray from a high place to avoid the broken and cracked tray caused by the violent impact.
4. When working in a forklift or manual hydraulic truck, the fork spurs should be placed on the outside of the fork hole of the pallet as much as possible. The fork thorn should all protrude into the tray, and the angle can be changed after lifting the tray smoothly. The fork must not hit the side of the tray to avoid cracking and cracking of the tray.
5. When the shelves are on the pallet, the shelf type pallet must be used. The load capacity is determined by the shelf structure and overloading is strictly prohibited. The palletizing method of palletized goods is based on the type of cargo, the quality of the cargo carried on the plastic pallet and the size of the pallet, and it is reasonable to determine the palletizing method of the cargo on the pallet - the carrier surface area utilization ratio of the pallet is generally not less than 80%.
The palletizing method of pallet goods has the following requirements
1. Hard or rectangular cargo such as wood, paper and metal containers, single or multi-layer interlaced, stretched or shrunk
2. Paper or fiber-like goods are stacked in a single layer or multiple layers, and sealed with a strap.
3. Sealed metal containers and other cylindrical cargoes are stacked in one or more layers and reinforced with wooden cargo covers;
4. It is necessary to carry out moisture-proof, waterproof and other protection of paper products, textile goods, single-layer or multi-layer interlaced code, stretch or shrink packaging or increase angular support, cargo cover partitions, etc. to strengthen the structure;
5. The single-layer or multi-layer stacking of fragile goods increases the structure of the wooden supporting partition;
6. Metal bottle type cylindrical container or cargo single layer vertical code increases the frame to the slab reinforcement structure;
7. Multi-layer interlaced compaction of bagged goods. The fixing methods of the pallets carrying goods are mainly bundled, glued, stretched and packaged, and can be used together.
After the protection of the pallet-carrying goods and the goods carried by the reinforced pallets are fixed, if the transportation requirements are still not met, the protective reinforcement attachments should be selected as needed. Reinforced protective accessories are made of wood, plastic, metal and other materials.

Main Manufacturing process of ndfeb magnets
1.Pressing ndfeb garins: pressing process needed to operate in strong magnetic environment.
2.Sintering of ndfeb blocks: sintering process usually in a vacuum furnace at 800~1400 ℃ environment .
3.Wire cut: ndfeb magnet usually are in small and different sizes, cutting process need operated on wire cut machine controlled by automatic system.
4.Grinding of Ndfeb magnet: Operate on artificial diamond polish tool.
5.Plating of ndfeb: Plating need a lot of poisonous and deadly chemicals ,only expert plating factory could get the business license from China government. Thus we usually send for plating company,
6.Magnetization of NdFeB, north pole magnetization facility and south magnetization facility are both needed.(2~30 Koe)
