1. Establish a sound management system
The safe operation, maintenance and repair procedures and strict four-inspection system of the elevator are the fundamental guarantee for realizing its good operation. At the same time, it is necessary to improve the data management and implement one machine and one account, and should establish the technical file of the lift. The file should be used throughout the lift. The process shall be recorded until it is scrapped. The file shall record in detail the maintenance, parts replacement, accident handling and technical transformation during the use of the lift. It shall also include the lift production license, certificate of conformity and previous installation inspection report, disassembly and assembly plan, and main zero. The parts warranty and the previous handover records and maintenance records, etc., should be signed and kept by the relevant responsible person for safekeeping.
2, daily inspection
The daily inspection is usually referred to as the handover inspection. The elevators that work continuously during the construction shall be guaranteed to have a maintenance time of 15-20 minutes before the daily opening. During this period, the shifting personnel shall inform the successor to the working status of the lift. The handover record should be completed in detail. The on-site inspection of the lift mainly includes checking the mechanical and electrical interlocking devices of the fence door and the ladder cage door of the elevator, and conducting trial operation before starting the machine to ensure that the fence door is locked after the ladder cage is at the height of 3 m. The tight state is not open; the upper and lower limit and the three-phase limit switch should be disconnected to verify that the ladder cage cannot be started up and down. When the three-phase limit switch is disconnected, the ladder cage cannot be started. If the elevator is installed with counterweight, the ladder top should be checked. The rope rope limit switch on the eccentric rope rope shall not be activated when it is in the disconnected state. When starting the ladder cage or confirming the position of each limit baffle, it shall ensure that no one is in the restricted area; There is no debris in the channel and should be monitored in time. It should be ensured that the ropes of the elevator are in good condition and the track is smooth before use. The sky wheel and the roller can roll normally. The bolts attached to the wall frame should be tightened without looseness. The free end of the cable should not exceed the standard. The installation position of the cable guide should be accurate. The installation and operation of the cable pulley and the track are accurate.
3, weekly inspection
Mainly check whether the key parts of the hydraulic lifting platform steel structural members have plastic deformation, and ensure that the gap between the ladder cage guiding roller and the main chord of the rail frame cannot exceed 0.6mm; the gap between the stopping position of the ladder cage under no-load and full-load conditions is not Should exceed 110mm, if it exceeds 110mm, the motor brake should be inspected, and the contact and corrosion of the contactor and controller contact should be checked. The installation of the cable pulley and the trolley rail meets the requirements.
4, monthly inspection
During the monthly inspection, the deformation and stability of the rail frame and the wall-mounted steel frame structure should be mainly checked. At the same time, the inspection results should be recorded in a timely and accurate manner. The hydraulic lifter wire rope clamp is in good fastening condition, and the wear and lubrication conditions are good. During the elevator construction process The middle weight roller and the guide rail are in good condition; the brake block is checked by the plug gauge. When the gap exceeds 0.3mm, it should be replaced. Check the main chord of the guide rail with the feeler gauge to deteriorate the gap between the rollers. If the axle clearance is too large, the nut should be loosened and the gap should be adjusted by rotating the eccentric shaft. If the eccentric shaft cannot be adjusted, the guide wheel should be replaced. The grease and oil in each reducer and the shaft of each limit switch should be checked. Waterproof and lubricated, and check the installation condition of the cable pulley and the trolley rail and the wear of the wire insulation.
5, quarterly inspection
The quarterly inspection should be based on the tightening, wear and corrosion of the steel structure and the deformation of the ladder cage. The lubrication and wear of the pulleys and rollers and the insulation of the electrical equipment should be checked. The operating system of the elevator controller should be checked. Flexible and versatile, if necessary, check the motor braking torque. When carrying out this inspection, the ladder cage should be opened to the ground and stopped behind the buffer to close the power supply. Then the coupling inspection cover is opened and the mast is opened. Insert and hang the spring balance, then loosen the brake and turn the lever up to compensate for the tooth gap. After reinstalling the brake, pull down the spring scale and record the spring balance reading when the brake starts to slide, combined with the recorded readings. Braking torque, once the calculated torque value is less than its standard value, it should be repaired.
6, annual inspection (http://)
The contents of the annual inspection shall include all the contents of the above inspections, that is, a comprehensive inspection of the lifts once a year.
