Stainless steel water tank production precautions

1. Before assembling the assembled water tank, check the quantity, thickness and supporting materials of the water tank module and the bottom plate according to the contract requirements.
2. After entering the field, first weld the four hemming angles of the module. The position of the weld is the inner corner of the four corners. The welding height is 3/5 of the corner fold. The weld angle is even and smooth, and no water leakage is allowed.
3. Assembled combined water tank is welded on the bottom plate of stainless steel water tank, the weld is even and tidy, and there must be no air bubbles or weld pits.
4. Assem the bottom plate of the spot welding water tank on the bottom plate. Before assembly, select the module with the corresponding thickness according to the drawing requirements, and knock the module around the module to level the level. Firstly, the lower side plate is spot-welded around the bottom plate. After the point is set, the error of the two diagonal lengths of the surrounding square frame shall not be greater than 2 mm. It is necessary to ensure that the lower side module after the spot welding is integrated horizontally and vertically.
5. Weld the lower module and the bottom of the tank bottom. The weld is even and smooth and must not leak.
6. Assemble the side module of the spot welding water tank. Before assembly, select the module of the corresponding thickness according to the drawing requirements, and knock the module around the module to level the level. After measuring the four-week module, the error of the two diagonal lengths of the calibration water tank shall not exceed 2mm. After the correction, the longitudinal and transverse inner ribs of the lower middle tank shall be welded to stabilize the welded water tank without deformation.
7. Assembling the upper side plate module of the spot welding water tank according to the requirements of the sixth process, and correcting the vertical and horizontal ribs of the upper module in the welding after spot welding to stabilize the square of the middle and upper side wall water tank without deformation.
8. All internal flange welds of the full welded water tank module.
9. Welding the top plate module of the water tank, before welding, determine the welding position of the manhole, and after the top plate is welded, pull the column in the welding water tank.
10. Weld the inlet and outlet pipe nozzles.
11. Check all tank welds for defects or missing welds and add them.
12. Test water, check, and trap.
