1 Overview



Partial rotary valve electric device, referred to as Q-type electric equipment. It is a driving device for opening, closing or adjusting the valve. It is suitable for valves with 90° rotation such as butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves and dampers.

This series of electric devices can be controlled from a distance or in the field. Widely used in electric power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical, food, textile, paper, pharmaceutical, water plant and sewage treatment industries.

The performance of this product complies with the provisions of JB/T8528-1997 "Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices"; the performance of flameproof type conforms to GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 1: General Requirements", GB3836. 2-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environments Part 2: Explosion-proof Type "d"" and JB/T8529-1997 "Technical Conditions for Explosion-Prone Valve Electric Devices".

Partial rotary electric devices can be divided into outdoor type and explosion-proof type according to the type of protection;

According to the control method, it can be divided into regular type, integral type and overall adjustment type.



2. Model representation

A means with a live button; F means with a 4-20 mA signal output

Z: indicates the overall type; T: indicates the overall adjustment type

Protection type: B means explosion-proof type; no code is outdoor type

Output speed: Arabic numerals, in r/min (rev/min)

Rated output torque: Arabic numerals, in kgf·m

Product type: Q or DQ means partial-turn electric device. Q is a one-piece structure DQ is a superimposed structure.



Model example:

1) DQW10-1EB indicates a partial-turn electric device with an output torque of 10kgf·m (100 N·m), an output speed of 1 r/min, and an explosion-proof type.

2) DDQW1200-0.44EBT superimposed structure, output torque 12000N.m, output speed: 0.44 r/min, explosion-proof integrated intelligent type.



3. Working environment and main technical parameters

3.1 Power: General, three-phase 380V (50Hz)

Special, three-phase 660V, 415V (50Hz, 60Hz);

Single phase 220V, 110V (50Hz, 60Hz)

3.2 Working environment

3.2.1 Ambient temperature: -20~+60°C (Special order -40~+80°C)

3.2.2 Relative humidity: ≤95% (at 25 °C)

3.2.3 Type of protection

3.2.3.1 Outdoor type: for places without flammable, explosive and non-corrosive media;

3.2.3.2 Flameproof type: There are two kinds of dI and dIIBT4, dI is suitable for non-mining working face of coal mine; dIIBT4 is used for factory, suitable for explosive gas mixture of environment IIA, IIB grade T1-T4. (See GB3836.1 for details)

3.2.4 Protection level: IP55 (special order IP65, IP67)

3.2.5 Working system: short time 10 minutes (special order 30 minutes)

3.3 Technical parameters

3.3.1 The technical parameters of the partial rotary electric device are shown in Table 1.

Pipeline Outer Protection Tape


I .Description

Pipeline Outer Protection Tape is Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water underground or overhead pipelines. The outer-layer tape backing shall be compounded so that it will be resistance to outdoor weathering.


The outer-layer tape shall be applied after the inner-layer tape by hand or with a wrapping machine.

II .Structure

The specification of the tape consists of two layers, adhesive layer and film backing

Adhesive: butyl rubber

Outer layer: Special blend of stabilized polyethylene

III. Features:

Excellent adhesion to inner-layer tape and self

Resistant to UV

Can be applied over a wide temperature range

Good conformability and consistent uniform thickness

Easily applied with no special equipment

Compatible with common pipe coatings

Excellent resistance to cathodic disbonding

Meets ASTM D 1000 Standard
