As metal processing is progressing toward high precision, the company has developed a pump that can be processed at high pressure, which is necessary for precision machining. The flow rate is 10 to 105 L/min. With the option, it can also be set to a maximum of 900L/min. The standard product is a screw-in lower suction type, and a cross-suction type that is connected by a SAE-compliant flange. Operating efficiency of 80% can reduce operating costs. Since the rise in the temperature of the coolant can be suppressed, there is no need to perform secondary cooling. With a pressure-compensating bushing, smooth operation without pulsation is achieved. The pump body is made of special steel that has been ion-plated to prevent the wear caused by chips.
