Xu Wenying said that in the previous years, the tire industry took the track of rapid development of both raw materials and the market. Exports increased rapidly, and exports dominated the European and American markets. Not only did domestic companies continue to kill each other after leaving the country, it also triggered anti-dumping actions in many countries. . Since 2004, there have been more than a dozen anti-dumping cases. The United States and India have also initiated anti-dumping and anti-subsidy anti-subsidy "double reverse" investigations on Chinese tire products. Rubber products other than tires now exhibit the same export mode and must be taken seriously.

National Customs data show that from January to September this year, the export volume of wire rope conveyor belts was 1,696 tons, and the average price was only 2.94 US dollars/kg. Although the year-on-year increase narrowed from more than 80% at the beginning of the year to 49.9%, it was still nearly 50%; The export volume increased by 18% year-on-year, the average export price was US$3.66/kg (onshore), the import growth was 9.2%, the average price was US$40.11/kg (onshore), and the import price was much higher than the export price; rubber hose exports Volume increased 20% year-on-year, imports increased 16%; rubber exports rose 13.6%, the average price of 3.89 US dollars / kg. All of the above data are reflected from one aspect: If not exported in large quantities, domestic production capacity will be difficult to digest.

“The concentration of export target countries is very high, and this may be more dangerous.” Xu Wenying said. “For example, from January to September, the amount of steel wire conveyor belt exported to Brazil alone reached 194 tons, accounting for 11.5% of the total export volume; the export to South Africa was 110 tons, which accounted for 6.5% of the total export volume. The export area was too concentrated and the most terrible result. It's the 'double reverse'."

Exporting through ASEAN's “springboard” can not only reduce import and export tariffs, but also reduce trade frictions, thus making it impossible for them to do anything.
