1. Summary of results Most enterprises in China use spray tower granulation technology to produce urea granules. The use of mechanical granulation technology to produce large-grain urea is at least 10% higher than ordinary granular urea, with good quality and high strength, and has significant market competitive advantages.
Tsinghua University's large-particle urea preparation technology has been successfully industrialized. The product is round and white, beautiful in appearance, high in strength, and does not produce biuret in the granulation process. The products and technical indicators have reached and exceeded the imported technology. The mechanical granulation technology not only produces large-grain urea of ​​3-5 mm particle size which is currently on the market, but also produces high-quality slow-release large-grain urea of ​​6-8 mm with uniform particle size, and can also produce super-sized particles with a diameter of 10-15 mm. The forest farm uses urea, and the large-grain urea has a spherical shape, and its sphericity is higher than that of foreign imported technology. For the same production capacity, the construction cost and production cost of using the granulation technology are much lower than the foreign introduction technology, and the operation process is easy. Has the following characteristics:
1. The use of low-pressure fans to provide fluidized air, fluidized bed heat transfer efficiency, equipment cost and energy consumption is low.
2. Using a unique exhaust gas treatment method, eliminating the need for a large and complex exhaust gas washing system.
3. The product has a uniform particle size, eliminating the need for an oversized particle crushing system.
4. The particle size of the product can be adjusted arbitrarily according to market demand. It can produce spherical particles larger than 10 mm. It can be used for multi-layer and multi-component coating to produce slow release and controlled release of large particle urea or compound fertilizer.
5. The fine urea droplets are continuously coated and grown on the surface of the dynamic particles, and are cooled layer by layer from the inside to the outside, with high particle strength and high sphericity.
6. It can be used together with the granulation tower. It can also be used in new systems. The process is simple, the operation flexibility is large, and all equipment is localized.
Tsinghua University is researching and developing the upgrading technology of this technology - long-acting slow-release and high-efficiency controlled-release large-grain urea and compound fertilizer production technology. For enterprises that have used this technology to produce large-grain urea, they will be upgraded on the basis of the original technology.
2. Technical indicators
1. According to the requirements of the enterprise, determine the particle size of large granular urea products (3-5mm; 6-8mm or other), 3-5mm, strength >30N, 6-8mm, strength >80N.

3. Application Note Raw materials are made of molten urea or 96% urea solution; power, steam and cooling water are required. The main equipment of the large particle urea production system is granulator, chiller, sieving machine, blower, induced draft fan, heat exchanger, belt conveyor and packaging machine.

4. The efficiency analysis design capability is 50,000-200,000 tons/year, and the greater capacity is developed and enlarged by mutual negotiation. The cost of the granulation process is about 20 yuan / ton of large granular urea, and the estimated profit is about 80-180 yuan / ton.

5. cooperation method

Tsinghua University provides basic design, non-standard key equipment design or equipment, guided driving, personnel training, or other means of consensus. For materials with similar characteristics, granulation technology design or joint development for the material may be undertaken in a negotiated manner. The funds shall be determined by the two parties in consultation according to the specific scale, basic conditions and tasks.
