In the past, large-scale parts used gantry machining centers and horizontal boring and milling machines for large-diameter deep hole machining and boring and milling.

The development of this model enables high-efficiency production of large parts by the pallet exchange function of the horizontal machining center and the mounting of the high-speed, high-rigidity sleeve spindle. Moreover, the previous processing by the gantry machining center and the horizontal boring and milling machine, the two machines can now be intensive through one device, which not only reduces the tooling time, but also improves the production efficiency. The purpose of clamping is to improve the processing accuracy.
