1. Note on safe use of acetylene pressure reducer:
(1) Before installing the pressure reducer, the garbage at the connection port of the cylinder valve should be blown off, and check whether the connection method of the rolling flange and the bottle valve is consistent; if the gasket is good, the installation of the rolling mill must be installed correctly.
(2) The operator should stand on the side of the pressure reducer during use and the movement should be gentle.
(3) The pressure reducer can only be used for the specified dissolved acetylene gas. It is strictly prohibited to mix with other gases to avoid danger.
(4) The pressure reducer should be properly stored before and after use to prevent dust from entering the air inlet and avoiding impact and vibration. Store in a dry, ventilated room that does not contain flammable or corrosive gases.
(5) If the pressure reducer is found to be damaged or leaking, it should be repaired and replaced immediately.
2. Precautions for safe use of dry tempering device:
(1) It is not allowed to perform self-adjustment by unpacking during use, otherwise it will not be safe for tempering prevention.
(2) Keep it in a safe place, keep it clean and prevent corrosive gases from being used in oil, and prolong its service life.
(3) If air leakage is found, it should be updated in time to avoid accidents.
3, the safe use of dissolved acetylene bottles:
(1) It is forbidden to knock, collide, and take it lightly;
(2) It is not allowed to be close to heat sources and electrical equipment; it should be prevented from exploding in summer; the distance from open flame is generally not less than 10 meters (when working at height, it should be parallel with vertical ground).
(3) The bottle valve is frozen, it is strictly prohibited to be baked by fire, and if necessary, it can be hydrolyzed by temperature below 40 °C;
(4) Special fixtures and shock-proof transport vehicles should be used for lifting and transporting. It is strictly forbidden to use electromagnetic cranes and chain ropes for lifting and transporting; (5) It is strictly forbidden to place places with poor ventilation and radioactive rays, and should not be placed on rubber and other insulators.
(6) When the work place is not fixed and moves more frequently, it should be installed on the trolley; when using acetylene bottles and oxygen cylinders, try to avoid putting them together.
(7), pay attention to fixing when using, prevent dumping, and prohibit lying;
(8) A special pressure reducer and tempering preventer must be installed for use. When opening, the operator should stand behind the valve port and the movement should be gentle;
(9) The use pressure shall not exceed 0.15Mpa, and the gas flow rate shall not exceed 1.5-2 cubic meters per hour, the bottle;
(10) It is strictly forbidden to contact copper, silver, mercury and other products with acetylene. When copper alloy appliances are used, the copper content of the alloy is less than 70%;
(11) The gas in the bottle is strictly forbidden, and the residual pressure not lower than the following table must be left.
