Agricultural antibiotics and their application technology

Antibiotics are insecticidal substances produced during the metabolism of microorganisms, and have the effect of inhibiting the growth and development of other microorganisms and hindering their physiological functions. At present, there are more than ten kinds of antibiotics used in agriculture, called agricultural antibiotics, referred to as agricultural antibiotics. The agricultural antibiotic has the advantages of high efficacy, strong selectivity, easy decomposition, low residual toxicity, safety to humans and animals, and no pollution to the environment. The main control objects and methods of use of several commonly used agricultural antibiotics are described below for reference.

Agricultural streptomycin: Agricultural streptomycin has a systemic action, which can control a variety of plant bacteria and fungal diseases. Mainly used for spraying, but also for root irrigation and soaking and disinfection. (1) Prevention and control of Chinese cabbage soft rot, cabbage black rot, cucumber bacterial angular leaf spot, sweet pepper scab, soft rot, bean bacterial blight, fire disease, sprayed with 200ppm agricultural streptomycin solution, At the beginning of the disease, spray once every 7~10 days, even spray 2~3 times. (2) Control tomato, sweet (spicy) pepper bacterial wilt. Use 100~150ppm agricultural streptomycin solution to fill the roots at the beginning of the disease. Each plant is filled with 0.25 kg, once every 6~8 days, and then irrigated twice. (3) To control tomato ulcer disease, add 15 liters of water to 1 liter of agricultural streptomycin, and 150 ml of water for each plant at the time of transplanting. (4) Prevention of bacterial bacterial angular leaf spot of cucumber, soaking seeds with agricultural streptomycin at 220 ppm for 30 minutes, and taking out germination after sowing. Note: Agricultural streptomycin can not be mixed with biological agents, such as insecticidal bacteria, green worm, 7210, etc.; the use concentration is generally not more than 220ppm, in order to prevent phytotoxicity.

Jinggangmycin: Jinggangmycin is an antibiotic produced by actinomycetes. It has strong systemic properties and is easily absorbed by cells and rapidly transmitted in it, interfering with and inhibiting the growth and development of cells. It is mainly used for rice sheath blight, and can also be used for the control of rice smut and rice and cotton and other crop diseases. (1) Prevention and control of rice diseases: The control of rice sheath blight is generally carried out after rice sealing to the early stage of heading or early stage, using 5% soluble powder 100-150 grams per acre, 75-100 kg of water, in rice The lower part is sprayed or poured, and the interval is 7~15 days, and the application is 1~3 times; the rice false disease is controlled at the booting stage of rice, using 5% water agent 100~150 ml per acre and spraying 50~75 kg of water. (2) Prevention and control of cotton blight: use 5% water agent 500~1000 times liquid, and fill the seedbed with 3 ml/m2 drug solution. (3) Prevention and control of wheat sheath blight: 100 kg of seeds with 5% water agent 600~800 ml, spray a small amount of water evenly on the wheat seeds, stir evenly, and sown after a few hours of stacking. It is also possible to spray 100-150 ml of 5% Jinggangmycin water per acre and 60-75 kg of water when the rate of diseased plants in the field reaches 30%. Note: Jinggangmycin can be mixed with a variety of pesticides other than alkali. Jinggangmycin is an antibiotic pesticide, which should be stored in a cool and dry place, and pay attention to anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and heat.

Gengfengmycin: Gentamicin is a cytosine nucleoside alkaline water-soluble antibiotic produced by Streptomyces. It is mainly used to control powdery mildew of rice blast and wheat, melons, flowers, etc., and the concentration is 50-150 mg/L. At the same time, it has a good control effect on the bacterial rot disease of piglet white rot and grass carp. Gentamicin is a new generation of pollution-free pesticides with low toxicity, no carcinogenicity and no residue.

Actinomycin: Actinomycin, also known as agricultural anti-101, heximide, is a fungicide for agricultural antibiotics. To control cherry leaf spot, it can be sprayed with cycloheximide solution at a concentration of 0.5~2 mg/L. Actinomycin has strong systemicity, not only has a bactericidal function, but also induces the production of ethylene in the fruit, and is quickly transported to the fruit stalk to promote the formation of the separation layer, making the fruit easy to fall off and reducing the labor of fruit picking. When the fruits of citrus, orange and pomelo tend to mature normally, spray 2~25mg/L of liquid medicine. After 3~7 days, the separation of the fruit stalk is fully developed, which is beneficial for harvesting and harvesting. At the same time, it also has the effect of accelerating the senescence and early shedding of fruit trees such as citrus, orange, pomelo and olive oil.
