Program lock overview
JSN(W)I series mechanical five-proof program lock was first developed and developed by Zhenjiang Electric Equipment Factory in the 1980s.
And has a patented lock for high voltage switchgear. The lock forces the operator to perform correct operation on the electrical equipment in accordance with the established safety operation procedures, thereby avoiding the occurrence of misoperation accidents and perfectly meeting the requirements of the “five defenses†proposed by the Ministry of Water and Power. This product is an ideal anti-misoperation device for high-voltage electrical equipment. This product has a total key that can be used to open any lock, in case of non-program operation such as the factory leaving the equipment, commissioning or live working after the equipment is put into operation. This product has the ability to identify the position of each knife gate and the opening and closing position of the mesh door, and does not need to change the keys one by one in the operation. It only needs one key to complete multiple operations in one loop according to the specified procedure. There are no marbles in the lock. Therefore, it overcomes the inherent shortcomings of the marble lock, which is a breakthrough and the first in China. This product complies with the Ministry of Machinery JB/T8455-1996 "General technical conditions for mechanical locks for high-voltage switchgear", and has passed the batch production review and appraisal organized by the Ministry of Machinery and Ministry of Water and Power.
