Ceiling base construction notes

Ceiling construction precautions:

1) The mounting distance and connection method of the boom and keel should meet the design requirements.

2) Metal hangers, keels, and post-buried parts should be protected against corrosion or rust.

3) Wooden hangers, wooden keels, styling wood and wooden finishing materials should be treated for antisepsis, fire prevention and anti-smashing.

4) Anti-rust paint should be applied to the exposed nail head on the plaster board.

5) Try to avoid potential safety hazards due to improper installation or missing brush.

6) Using wood keel, installation should meet the following requirements:

Wooden keels should be red and white pines without distortion, and pine wood should not be used. The main keel specification should be 50mm x 70mm; the secondary keel specification should be 50mm x 50mm or 40mm x 60mm; the hanger should be made of 4mm steel bars;

The distance between the main keel lifting point is to ensure that the main keel does not fall, and the middle part of the main keel should be slightly arched to 1/200 of the short span of the room. After the main keel is installed, its position and elevation should be promptly corrected.

The side keel shall be fixed on the four sides of the wall according to the design elevation; the sub-keel shall be fixed on the main keel by means of a nail; the secondary keels on both sides of the main keel shall be installed in a wrong position; the sub-keel of the primary keel shall be installed according to the subdivision size of the cover panel. Slit, installed between two sub-keels;

Secondary keel spacing, generally 400-500mm;

The bottom surface of sub-keel and card gear should be planed and the section thickness should be the same;

Fully calibrate the position and level of the primary and secondary, card gear keel, tighten the hanger after calibration;

Check the installed ceiling wood skeleton should be solid and reliable;

Lamp troughs, diagonal braces, and scissors braces in ceilings should be properly arranged according to the circumstances. Light fixtures shall be suspended from the main keel or additional keel. Heavy-duty lighting fixtures or ceiling fans shall not be attached to the keel of the ceiling. Separate hooks shall be provided on the base roof.

7) with aluminum alloy keel, its installation should meet the following requirements:

The main keel (carriage carrying keel) shall be suspended to ensure that the main keel does not fall. The central part of the main keel shall be arched. The height of the arching shall not be less than 1/200 of the short span of the room. The main keel shall be corrected after installation. Its location and elevation;

The distance between the boom and the main keel end shall not exceed 300mm. If the boom and the electrical equipment meet, the suspending point structure shall be adjusted or additional suspenders shall be installed to ensure the ceiling quality.

Sub-keel (medium or small keel) should be installed close to the main keel, when using the self-tapping screws to install the panel, the seam of the panel, must be installed in the width of not less than 40mm sub-Long;

According to the needs of the panel layout, the appropriate size of the cross bracing keel should be prepared in advance, and the two ends of the bracing keel can be fixed on the long keel through the connector. The gap between the cross bracing keel and the long keel of the Ming keel series should not exceed 1 m;

The side keel should be at the design elevation and fixed on the surrounding wall;

In the bathroom with a small area, the side keel is fixed on the surrounding wall by the height of the bullet line, the sub keel is fixed on the side keel with the connection piece, and the sub keel is connected with the side keel after the aluminum alloy belt is connected, and the tension and straightness should be achieved. Additional booms can be added;

Correct the position and level of the primary and secondary keels completely. The connecting piece shall be installed in a wrong position. The main keel shall be visually inspected without obvious bending. The misalignment between the sub keel joints shall not exceed 2 mm. After correction, all hanging pieces and connecting pieces of the keel shall be tightened;

Check the installed ceiling keel, should be solid and reliable.
