View the method and the uniformity of the hardness of the same part according to the rules of JB 1255.
4. Check the radial clearance and axial clearance of the bearing to meet the rules of GB 4604 84.
5. The inner and outer ring raceways of rolling bearings should be free from falling off and severely worn; there should be no cracks in the inner and outer rings, the balls should be free of wear; the cages are not severely deformed; there is no abnormal noise and oscillation during the transition; the stop should be stopped gradually.
6. About the C-class public service tapered roller bearing; the touch precision of the roller and the ferrule raceway; under the effect of the certain load; color viewing; the touch marks should be connected; the touch length should not be smaller than the roller busbar 80%.
