(3) Method of taking out the material remaining in the nozzle
1) Use a thick copper rod tip on the nozzle side to align the mold tip with a light tap. After a slight movement, use a thin copper rod to pry it out.
2) In order to achieve this, a small number of thin copper rods (such as a diameter of 4 mm, a length of 300 mm, a brass rod with a sharpened tip) and a thicker brass rod should be provided on the injection molding machine. Diameter 12MM front grinding tip).

4) When it is impossible to pry out from the nozzle side, use an iron wire (about 4 mm in front diameter) and heat it with a heater such as an alcohol lamp to pour the nozzle from the mold cavity side. 5) When the nozzle material cannot be taken out by the above method, use a solvent (such as acetone) of this material to coat it. After the material is dissolved for a while, slowly remove it with a brass rod, but pay attention to the fire. near.
6) After taking out, blow it off with gas in the nozzle hole, spray it into the mold release agent, and carry out normal production.
