CNC reciprocating submersible pump oil production technology settled in Shuguang Oilfield

Liaohe Oilfield Shuguang Oil Recovery Plant introduced earlier this year, the reciprocating submersible pump oil production technology, through the pre-applicability study, June 2 at Shu 2-3-3 well into the field test and was successful. Liaohe Oilfield Shuguang oil well development process is mainly to pump-based lifting. The drawbacks of the lifting process are that the pumping unit has high energy consumption, low system efficiency, serious eccentric tube and rod grinding, high production cost of the well, and short inspection cycle. These problems severely restrict the normal production of low-yielding wells. In order to break through these production difficulties, technicians constantly explore cutting-edge technologies and actively introduce numerical controlled reciprocating submersible pump production technology that can effectively prevent eccentric wear of the pipe rods according to the reservoir properties and oil characteristics of Shuguang Oilfield.
