According to a Display Search survey, the demand for glass substrates in the second quarter of 2010 has grown by 22% compared to the first quarter, although various glass substrate suppliers such as Corning, Asahi Glass, Nippon Electric Glass, and Sapporo Technology Glass have all expanded thin glass. The production capacity of the base edition has not been able to fill the demand gap until the third quarter of 2010 in response to the urgent market demand.
