Recently, China Erzhong and Zhejiang Yongjie Co., Ltd. formally signed a contract for supply of complete sets of equipment for the 1850mm hot strip mill project.
The project is the first self-designed “1+3†aluminum strip hot rolling mill in China. The design, manufacture, supply, commissioning and after-sales service of complete sets of machine, electricity, and liquids are provided by China’s Erzhong General Logistics Co., Ltd. University Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd., as China's second-tier consortium, participates in the supply, commissioning and provision of perfect services. China Shuangzhong is responsible for the design and supply of a complete set of mechanical and hydraulic equipment and the design and supply of electrical zero-grade auxiliary transmissions. Beijing University of Science and Technology Design and Research Institute Co., Ltd. is responsible for the design and delivery of main drives, basic automation L1, and process automation L2. ,debugging.
Zhejiang Yongjie 1850mm “1+3†aluminum strip hot strip mill equipment technology, the overall installed capacity in the domestic similar rolling mill in a leading position, and the current domestic introduction of aluminum strip hot strip mill equipment technology level.
The signing of the project is a result of another successful achievement of the South West Aluminum 4300mm wide and hot aluminum sheet hot rolling unit project in the non-ferrous metal processing equipment field in China. It also marks that China’s Double Duplex has been in the aluminum strip hot rolling mill for many years. The technical reserves and technical strength have once again been recognized by the market.
