Deodorization and improved feed for pig farms is the key
1, using amino acid balanced feed
Usually we feed the pigs with corn-soybean meal. If the crude protein content of the feed is reduced to 13%, the additional four synthetic amino acids are better. Feeds with multiple amino acids can reduce 28% nitrogen, 43% ammonia and other substances in pig manure compared to standardized feed.
2. Adding cellulose or oligosaccharide to
Compared with the standardized feed, the ammonia in the pig manure produced by adding 5% cellulose in the feed was reduced by 68%; the reduction of total nitrogen in the stored pig manure was reduced by 73% in ammonia nitrogen. Adding 2% oligosaccharide to the feed can reduce total nitrogen by 55% and ammonia nitrogen by 62%. Simultaneous addition of cellulose and oligosaccharides to the feed reduces volatile fatty acids in stored pig manure.
3, the use of copper oxide and ferric chloride
The use of synthetic amino acids and the reduction of sulfur-containing minerals such as copper sulfate and ferric sulfate in actual pig feeds can reduce sulfur-containing odors.
Most of the mineral sulfate is replaced with copper oxide and ferric chloride. In most crude protein content feeds, when most of the mineral sulfate is replaced, the volatile sulfur compounds are reduced by 49%. The use of feeds containing copper oxide and ferric chloride reduces volatile organic compounds and reduces sulfur compounds by 63% compared to standardized feeds.
