14 problems in the mold clamping part of injection molding machine and their treatment methods

The 14 problems and treatment methods of the mold clamping part of the injection molding machine are as follows:
1. Wait a few seconds to open the mold
Approach:
The starting speed is slow, check if the screw damping is too large, and adjust the screw damping hole.
The middle hole of the damping screw is too large. Check if the damping of the Y hole screw is too large, and change the damping pin of the center hole.
2. No mode locking
Approach:
Check the safety door front travel switch and fix it.
Check the 24V5A power supply in the electrical box, and replace the fuse and power supply box.
Check if the spool is stuck and clean the valve plug.
Check if the I/O board has an output and if the solenoid valve is energized.
Check that the hydraulic safety switch is pressed and the mechanical lock lever is open.
3. Open and close the mold machine
Approach:
Check that the lube tube is disconnected. If it is, the tubing must be reconnected.
The amount of lubricating oil is small, and the amount of lubricating oil is increased. It is recommended to apply oil to the mold once or manually.
The clamping force is large, and it is necessary to check whether the mold requires a large clamping force and reduce the clamping force.
The current of the amplifier board is adjusted, check whether the current parameters meet the acceptance criteria, and re-adjust the current value.
Parallelism is out of tolerance, use a dial indicator to check whether the parallelism of the first two plates is greater than the acceptance criteria; adjust the parallelism.
4. Open the mold to crawl
Approach:
The two-plate guide rail and the Corinthian column are worn out. Check the two-plate guide rail and the Golin column, replace the two-plate copper sleeve, and the Colin column, and add lubricant.
If the pressure of the open mold is not properly adjusted, set the flow rate 20. When the pressure is 99, the two plates should not crawl, adjust the flow proportional valve hole, or the pilot valve hole to adjust the linear current value of the proportional valve.
There are air and exhaust pipes in the pipes and cylinders.
5. Open the mold and do not move
Approach:
Increase the speed of the open mold, the pressure flow is too small, adjust the speed of the mold release, check whether the pressure is appropriate, increase the pressure and speed of the open mold.
The clamping electronic scale is changed to zero position. Check whether the clamping die straightener is terminated at the zero position and re-adjust the electronic ruler zero position.
Check for reverse hinges.
6. In the automatic production, the mold adjustment will become tighter or looser.
Approach:
Adjust the internal leakage of the solenoid valve and check if the solenoid valve is "O" type;
Whether to adjust the mold when other actions are performed manually, and see if the valve is stuck.
7. When the other movements are working after clamping, the mold is slowly opened automatically.
Approach:
The oil board leaks, check or replace the extra quick lock valve, and replace the oil board.
The mold opening valve leaks, the oil pump is started and the mold clamping is terminated. According to the shooting stage or the injection glue action, whether the second board moves backwards or not, the mold opening oil valve is replaced. Normally, the lock mode does not move.
8. Only mold opening action when clamping
Approach:
Connect the wrong line, check if there is 24VDC to the valve, check the line and wire.
Check valve or install the wrong valve core, check if the valve core is wrongly installed, or block the valve, reinstall the valve core or clean. Under normal circumstances, the mode-locking action is not moving.
9. Mode locking is not smooth
Approach:
A, B hole is improperly adjusted, set system flow 20, pressure 99, observe whether the clamping action is crawling, re-adjust or change the valve.
There is air in the oil circuit. Listen to the sound of air in the oil circuit. Check for any bubbles in the oil and exhaust.
If the magnifying plate is adjusted improperly, the current value of the ammeter is adjusted with the rise or fall or proportional to the rotational speed, and the magnifying plate is adjusted.
10. The lock is not high pressure, beyond the stroke
Approach:
The limit switch exceeds the limit, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate, adjust the appropriate mold thickness; check whether the motor is in a normal state.
If the hydraulic limit exceeds the stroke and the position of the electronic ruler is appropriate, check whether the mold adjustment is appropriate and adjust the mold forward.
11. Manual open mold termination, semi-automatic no mold open
Approach:
The mold opening valve leaks, and the action is taken after manually shooting the stage. Observe whether the two plates are retreating and replace the mold opening valve.
Check the maximum stroke and pressure flow of the electronic ruler.
12. No thimble action
Approach:
If the thimble limit switch is broken, use a multimeter to check if the 24V proximity switch is lit. Replace the thimble limit switch.
For the valve, use a hex key to press the ejector spool to move or clean the pressure valve.
The thimble limit rod is broken. After stopping, remove the limit rod by hand and replace the limit rod.
Short-circuit the thimble switch, check the voltage of the ejector switch to ground with a multimeter, and replace the ejector switch.
The position of the electronic ruler is not set properly.
13. Semi-automatic thimble out of control
Approach:
The thimble board is broken, check whether the line is normal, and the normal voltage is DV24V. Repair the ejector plate.
Wire break, comprehensively check the switch cable and the I/O board connection cable. Check the wiring and rewire.
Check if the mold is in position.
Is the cylinder rod seal ring damaged?
14. Large sound when opening the mold
Approach:
The linearity of the ratio is poor, the pressure and flow rate of the opening and closing mode is poorly adjusted, and the ramp up and down is checked in the parameter, and the ramp up and down in the adjustment parameters are adjusted.
The clamping machine hinge lubrication is poor, check the Corinthian column, the second board sliding foot, the machine hinge lubrication condition, increase the lubrication, increase the number of oiling.
The mold clamping force is too large, check the mold clamping force when the mold is stressed, and reduce the clamping force depending on the user's product condition. Check if the time position is appropriate.
The parallelism of the first two plates is checked, and the parallelism of the second plate of the head plate is checked. Adjust the second board and the parallel error of the head board.
The slow speed quick opening mode setting position is too small and the speed is too fast. Check if the slow mold opening to the quick mold opening position is appropriate and the slow mold opening speed is too fast. Lengthen the slow mold opening position and reduce the speed of slow mold opening.
